Based in Perth Western Australia, Faye is a seasoned human resources and industrial relations professional with over 20 years’ experience in people leadership and stakeholder engagement across the public and corporate sector. She is a highly experienced facilitator, leadership performance coach and employee relations professional, working within Australia and also globally.
Faye has held senior leadership positions across both government and private sectors, overseeing teams in employee and industrial relations, talent acquisition, training, safety, health and wellbeing, , and HR business partnering. She has played a key role in delivering major projects and commercial reviews aligned with organisational growth, where her expertise in strategic HR planning, organisational design, operational effectiveness reviews, and change management has been instrumental in aligning positive outcomes for both the business and its people.

As a commercial leader, Faye has spearheaded HR efforts for mergers and acquisitions, within Australia and internationally including payroll and systems integration. Her expertise includes interpretating awards for compliance in common law contracts, leading negotiations for enterprise agreements and representing companies in the Fair Work Commission as well as the Industrial Relations Commission.
Faye has had years of experience in coaching at CEO and executive level and has undertaken Shingo Training from the Utah State University with a focus on shaping organisational cultures to drive operational excellence.
In addition to this Faye has served as a board member for a non-for-profit organisation.
